Please read full post before forming an opinion.

I would like to say I have been watching SMVR for a while as an investment opportunity even though I have only posted a couple times on the board.

I decided to pull the trigger today on a purchase here but my order was rejected, I was called by my broker and they explained why.

I live in Canada so I know some rules are different, but basically I was told there was a CTO (Cease Trade Order) and to go to the following site for information.

It seems I cannot buy because I am from Alberta and the CTO was for anyone living in Alberta, and the other CTO was for anyone living in British Columbia.

Does anyone here have any information regarding how this works? Why it happened? Any fixes, etc?

Any legitimate information regarding this, and the possibility of buying SMVR shares in the future would be greatly appreciated.
