You did some DD and you liked what you saw? That's incredible. The P/S is around 50. The P/E is around 300. Revenues were down in spite of two new stores opening and ice cream supposedly expanding in grocery shelves. Millions and millions of new shares handed out for services rendered during 2013. A financial statement not according to gap, which fails to properly account for expense by location. ..... And you were happy after you did some DD!? Those mere superficial factors should have made you run in the opposite direction. I don't get it. What did you see when doing the DD that made you want to stay. Sales per location per day is at around $400, and that was not a give away?! That was not a give away that there is something wrong with the financial state,ents released by the company?
