Notes stated: "volume is needed to surpass the resistance level"... My notes were not stating whether a company is solid or not - it's based on technical's.... Don't have time to spend tons of time on every stock toreview various iterations SEC filings....

Appreciate your comments... Stock had a great run today and congrats to those who benefited from profits and/or acquired more.
