With 3 mil in funding available I would expect that the company would have a live voice answering the phone during normal working hours.

Granted we just started up the company but we need to have the company professionally operating ASAP. Remember big $$$$ investors when doing their own DD look at the small details such as customer sevice, how the phone is answered, how live questions are answered etc

Fancy websites can be created by any 10 year old it is the live interaction with the company by investors and customers that are key here as well as the quality of the product, inventory availability, packaging, appearance of the product etc.

What we don't want starting are customers who can't speak to a live person spreading the word on social media.

When you want to run with the big boys you have to act like the big boys

The first 60-90 days are the most imporant here to get the company entrenched and acting like a company. Once the megative arora is set no matter who the CEO is it will take time to dig out of the hole that was dug.
