$MDNT, current O/S estimated (from APR 1, 2014, 328 million - confirmed) total volume from APR 1, 2014 to today as of current ~413 million shares traded, still considering 50% dilution rate average we have:

O/S as of today = 328 + 207 = ~ 535 million
