It is often necessary to sell stock to grow, is always dilutive to sell stock, but better than going out of business and all stock being worthless. Often companies sell stock to expand and later can amass capital and buy back shares, too. Better to have a part of something than to lose it all. I think this explains why we have not heard about AppFlix or Blink because it makes no sense to put out the good news before the bad news. Hopefully the long term projects will now be forthcoming without unknown delays. It is a VERY difficult environment for little companies to get financing and most people know that. For someone to put in a million dollar stake they are probably looking at the prospects for AppFlix, my opinion only. Good luck to Metatron, use the money prudently, and GROW!
