If OMEX now has multiple-scan frequency upgraded search sonar radars on its recovery vessels, it should have been able to define the field distribution and general amount of small coins and gold bars, etc.; within the wreck and its surrounding area. It is my unprofessional opinion that any present coins, have not moved very far from the actual wreck. As to the potential of PM 'dusts' around the wreck . . . I suspose one would just pull up the sand around the wreck. Once the sub robot gets down there . . . it should be able to record bounce signals from said 'dust' dispersion fields and backup surface ship sonar radar imagery, with infrared or multi-spectral scanning and photographic imagery? Magnetic topography studies (metallic object readings) could also assist in finding cultural artifacts. OMEX (not us) should know within three weeks of setting up the search grids on site. I am hoping OMEX did an initial 'drive-by' scanning of the wreck site before they went to USA port, so that they could get together with everyone involved in port, and get a plan going. But do not know if OMEX did that. May have simply been impossible to do, as to local sea conditions and time schedule.

Some cheap robotic sub instrumented devices should have been developed for such initial 'drive-by' wreck grid studies, though I do not know if OMEX is such equipped. A company could then have a surface remote station that monitored a self-navigating search mini-sub that continued to search the wreck area, while OMEX went to port call. The surface remote data collector station, could also have surface radar and live video to tell who (if any) ships approached the search area. And, by placing some robotic mini-subs doing an initial wreck area grid development, OMEX personnel could work from port call. A rented seaplane or helio would be able to pickup any confidential data scan disks, from the remote surface station on-site. I really doubt though, that OMEX would do the above things, for monetary budget and security considerations. OMEX is probably too paranoid to have left any
of my latter suggestive grid search devices, on site and active?

It will take 2-3 months, before we retail investors get any info 'progress' PRs. Would OMEX need to wait until early 2015, to have full evaluation of its wreck recovery results, for public and we the willing investors?

We will learn somethings about how OMEX operates and does its filming and editing, for any movie materials. Might take way into 2015, to get a movie canned and ready for public viewing. Would you folks imagine some coin dealer(s) will be aboard the vessel, to gauge coinage values?

All the above is pure speculation (especially as to OMEX business plan results and the stock price movements).
