Techcharter You aren’t talking GE specific here are you?
All I know is this.
On 8 Feb 06 coming 110 days from the Aug low GE put in not only a 20wk low but also its 80wk low.
10 days after that low GE put in a very late RT high for the 1st 2.5wk high. The next day 23 Feb GE paid out a .25 dividend and sold off into its 2.5 wk low.
Today was the 7th day off of the 2.5wk low and GE is right at trend line resistance drawn off of the candlesticks 12/16/05 and 01/11/06.
By the way since the 8 Feb bottom there has been no less than 6 Directors of GE that have made purchases on the open market of at least 10,000 shares each. Because of the large amounts of Options those guys receive it is totally unheard of for them to be purchasing shares on the open market.
I would have to think that someone knows something.
I recall last Aug that you were expecting GE the 2nd largest Company in the world by market cap to go bankrupt is that still your current thoughts?
The one thing that I didn’t like about GE this morning was the lower volume. At 3:30 the volume started increasing as GE moved up to challenge the new cycle highs that were put in earlier this morning.
