Rules, they're there for a reason (and it's not to stop *longs* from picking up small chunks at the current bid to lower their cost basis)...

amazing, anything under $5 is an incredible "no doubt" steal, but a few cents to hit the ask is a biggie.....might be the cost difference of a Happy Meal or something.....

if a true believer won't buy at the ask, who the hell will????.....much better watching the PPS swirl down the toilet, waiting for some mythical buyers who will be the forced hands of increasing price one of these decades.....
