NBBC setting up nicely. It might take some time as it continues its controlled base and climb, but I expect to see this between $8.50-9 in the next few weeks and wouldn't be surprised to see it continue upward after consolidating there. I think one would need a little patience with this one as any parabolic move probably would come after the consolidation around $9. But the risk vs reward appears favorable here. See the PRMW chart for a combat able move imho.
