Jay are you including: the offshore Panamanian corp that deposited 194 million shares in CSTI Canadian Broker accounts and liquidated the shares and wired the $15 million to Hungary?

Why is this information of this individual or group being withheld from the public?


If CSTI wasn't guilty in this transaction why would the Canadian investment dealer fine and disgorge them?
