Jkings, It would be nice if Robert could lay out a comprehensive game plan. Unfortunately, trying to commit to a hard and sure schedule in todays business world just doesn't work. Some unforeseen circumstances always occurs. You know, best laid plans. Must remember, Robert and staff are having to deal with a State and Federal regulatory system were meetings, commitments and permitting phases are at best, fluid. Seems complications always arrives when least expected. On the other hand, if Robert were to commit to a hard and fast time table and that time table was not met, all you would here investors saying is what a rookie C.E.O. we have heading our company.
