First, let me start by saying I also am long here. I, as I'm sure you, put many hours of DD into each position I choose. That said, after much consideration believe these patents are industry changing. My problem is the big picture. The PR's and filings don't match up. A company does state they are going to buy back shares, pay a dividend and reduce or eliminate debt and then file 50 pages of doom and gloom with the exception of 4 toy/carseat based products as their breaking news. Now naysayers can say that info will be out in the 10-q but I see the license agreement as forward looking and very vague. Not trying to convince anyone of anything just think if this technology is going to come to market it needs to be in the hands of a company that can make it happen. Think we all know REVO isn't that company and the sooner they realize it the better the return for all concerned.
