Thanks Boum I think everyone will be wrestling to buy the beer soon LOL first one is for MR Glenn.

I'm in a few years and have supported this everywhere from .006 to .025. The GREEEEEN grass is coming on nicely now.Ironically it is the first day of summer and it's heating up already.

Since the buy back has been announced I'm freeing up an extra $10k which will bring me to around $40k in total.This is a no brainer like picking apples in an orchard.
If I could move my pension in here I would and retire at 50 maybe I will anyway!
