In 2000, Wayne was at the top of his game, running a Goldman Sachs, ING Barrings, Merrill Lynch supported dotcom. Wayne’s 100 employee company had contracted 10’s of millions in dollars of work with Apple, IBM, Maytag, and Chinese, Taiwanese, and British technology companies. All of which were trying to be innovators or leaders in the Music/Media, Digital Rights Management (DRM), and convergent technologies.

Wayne has not been media shy, from the late 90’s to present, Wayne or his works have received more than 20,000 media hits & accolades. Since 2004, Wayne has been passionately consulting for success stories in alternative energies, bio-tech, bio-fuel, mobile apps, and internet. Iconosys has designed & built nearly 4000 smartphone/device apps frequently a featured content provider for major corporations Motorola, Barnes & Noble, Google among others.

In 2011, Wayne was selected as one of OC Metro's HOT 25 business leaders/innovators of Orange County California. Then in Dec 2012, was nominated for OC Register's Kindest Business Owner award.

Currently, Wayne also holds title as CEO of publicly traded Monster Offers (OTCQB: MONT). Currently, Wayne was asked to present to the FCC his technological advances and industry understanding of technologies that may assist in battling distracted driving.
