Yes and the poor guy that lost $70K plus would have got back $500.00 bucks. You really have to feel sorry for investors when Treaty keeps taking them to the cleaners. This whole thing looks like more fuel for the SEC fire. I think it is going to get to hot for the new Executive Chairman. I'm afraid Treaty may have him right where they need a fall guy.
