i emailed paul knock today asking about what was happening and that we as shareholders were bleeding today.

his response :

As I'm sure you know, FROZ is going private and has nothing to do with the
new public company, APT, which has done a reverse merger into what FROZ
leaves behind.
APT is in the process of obtaining a new stock symbol. FROZ shareholders
become APT shareholders.
APT has issued several news releases and SEC filings on this process and a
shareholder update is expected.
These are available at Yahoo! Finance under the symbol FROZ.

Thankyou very much for the reply. I understand thee reverse merger. Ive also been noticing the paying off of debt. many people are un happy as to how APT completed the reverse merger and took over and is in a sence giving away shares to clear debt which makes shareholders very un happy. I know i speak on behalf of all investors in APT and we were all very happy the first few weeks but these past 2 weeks are out of our wildest imagination. I highly apreciate your time.
