Produce something then! Commit the $10 million only to producing revenue and people will calm down. PEII has left people hanging in the wind without PR after all kinds of hype about just how important, how significant the S1 is. The CEO did this for weeks and weeks....again and again. For heaven sake; there is enough cause to provoke suspicion given the history of this company. Why shouldn't share holders be impatient at some point? That is a more pertinent question. Somebody has to care where your money has gone.
