CEO Leopold made the best deal he could in order to
get the placer claim moving to the mining stage. NBRI
retains ownership of the claim while the two JV partners
supply everything else including miners, mining equipment,
finances, total control of the mining with NBRI receiving
a percentage of the profits. These JV partners are highly qualified Canadian Mining Companies experienced in placer
mining, something NBRI lacks.

A PM Claim as valuable as Fraser River, I think neighboring
claim owners would like to also be part of this JV and the "Politics" of British Columbia mining must be taking a
hard look. NBRI is an American Company moving into sacred
Canadian Territory !!!
