because the gamble re: this last round undertaken *shortly* after
RH was installed as CEO (AUG 2013) >> backfired across a few fronts
not the least of which pertained to JBI's 2013 AGM

playas (PROs) have been played .. imo

not sure if that was the intent >> re: the time in place (8 to 9 mos now since 8.14.13)

but for those who've documented data including IB's JBII *shares* to access
and *volume* re: resets/wash trading and the rest

it's pretty clear .. PROs >> don't have the shares and JBII markers
imo are upside down

now it's a waiting game .. which suits me just fine

i'll take low to no volume from now until CFO signs off on the K and the Q

and mgmt issues a sequence of material events that can't be *orchestrated* or misinterpreted ;)
