The adjustments are based on share price at beginning and end of quarter.

March 31 closing SP was 15.58 while Dec 31 closing SP was 5.09.

This will not be an issue going forward- I'm sure holders are eager to exercise while so far in the money. I presume they are also a large part of the short position.

Everyone's going overboard discussing it now when the likelihood of those warrants not being exercised this Q is small (my opinion).
