Yes it has been a while. Couple of years ago I owned a penny stock that did an IPO spinoff and it took somewhere between 9 to 12 months to get it done. A lot of back and forth with the S.E.C. Bringing the 800c to completion will give MF some additional credibility amongst investors IMO.
