The float must be getting locked up in strong hands. otherwise the MMs would have tanked the price by now. It has held steady and traded in channel between thee 100 and 50SMA on the 60min since Monday.

If there were weak hands they would have sole this week as the price dropped below .004 yet it is still holding massive gains from a few weeks ago.

We now have confirmation that Flex-Power took over the shell via the Nevada Secretary of State. We are now just waiting for a PR, 8k and Financials which will send this moving.

Holding in the .003's is quite alright with me as there are many penny stocks that like to launch off of the 003's
