The author's original article was looking at the Share-Based compensation of the Directors as a possible reason for the suspension, but now agrees with some others that it could have been something else, mainly because the company has stated otherwise, and the SEC may not have moved that quickly on something as obscure as Directors Compensation.

Still, the author appears to have been the first to publicize this compensation as an issue, and he must have been on to something, otherwise why would PHOT be revising their Directors Compensation Plan and get the directors to agree to return their most recent 500K shares payments?
