I don't always know very much about technical stuff. But I think I can make my money back on this stock. Things seem to be heading up.

I'm also looking at another stock. TOPT, which has been selling at $13 - $14 per share, just announced a $7.50 one time dividend and jumped up about $3 today.

Perhaps I can sell short right before they pay out and then buy back after the dividend gets paid out. Does this make sense?
