When they hire and then the key employee leaves all within 60 days. I think it's prudent to explain the reason.

That is not normal business practice. He was going to to be the CFO and I wonder about accounting issues. My eyes are open and I do not believe asking relevant questions is wrong or negative. It's prudent with a micro cap
