yep,management of companies are too interested in themselves. I was a great believer in PTGC until they issued themselves warrants on 34 million shares. What really galled me was I recently did a private placement with them that included warrants to excercise at $1.00 in a year. They gave themselves 3,500,000 warrants to excercise at 50 cents 60 days later.... I sold out of all my tradable shares today. I swear you can't trust anyone in management anymore. His excuse was they are trying to protect themselves and the shareholders from a hostile takeover. Yeh right, Atilla and the Huns are coming....issue management more shares to protect me.
