Charlie......with a number of multiple (4-20) KDS sales projects possible per RJ's phone call with Brian, its certainly realistic sounding to think that one or more of these deals could happen at any time.....and their completion would not be dependent at all on whether SEC filings or a new website had been done.

But both would certainly follow quickly, if they hadn't been done.
