Sell at .01? Will this thing go higher or MAX out at .01 and then drop violently?

I'm not quite sure when to sell on this one? Guidance, advice, thoughts, feedback?

COULD this go higher than .01, and if so, how long do you think. Currently holding stock bought at .0037 :)
