Martin Katz has been the CFO of a number of companies in a broad array of industries including production,
international distribution, post-production, startups, facilities and holding companies. He began his career as an
auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. during which time he became a CPA. He holds an MBA from the Harvard
Graduate School of Business and worked on the U.S. Senate staff of Sen. Daniel P. Moynihan of New York
handling tax, business and finance matters. He also worked as Finance Director for 3 major Presidential
candidates
