LPPI - Thanks, I sent off an email as well, still waiting on a response. I hope the telethon provides the majority of the funding for the lawsuit. Hopefully, the company has damage control in mind and will avoid dilution as a way to raise funds, if they can avoid it, it would only make a bad situation worse. I'm sure the company feels their stock is currently significantly undervalued. The defendants really did a number on Leep all the way around, it's absolutely disgusting.
