There are only 2 advantageous times to do an R/S. One being to keep from being delisted. And someone posted today (cannot confirm) that ECOS is being delisted from the QB to the Pinks. The other situation is where the company becomes profitable and believes they can sustain the share price post split. And then there is the nefarious situation where it is necessary to keep churning the sale of more shares.
