This is one person, someone was paid in stock either by Potnetwork or the old Toothbrush deal they found the opportunity to sell and they are. They are probably holding shares from 2years ago when it was .0001, it will stop then a HUGE buying opportunity for UTRM and all the old garbage is gone. Thoughts???
