Yes it is... Real Estate is becoming crazy again. .. just sucks inventory is low... everything I list on the market is selling within 30 days...

I even price is higher then last year's prices. ..

Sellers are so happy with my projection on the estimate of thier home getting higher then they expected.!

Anyways another busy day and let keep the fight up!
