We must remember the original partner in the trials was Fresenius and then we found out Fresenius was/is trying to steal our proprietary affinity agents in the hemopurifier which we have patented so AEMD has filed a suit against them. This could be part of the slow down and why we moved to a contract with Davita.

With funding tight and constantly having to find new funds I would imagine it is also another reason it takes AEMD longer than a larger company with large bank accounts and high revenues to get contracts in place.

We are also a fast evolving company/companies with our R&D continuing to find new uses for the hemopurifier while also leading the charge in exosome science. This probably keeps forcing the company to keep moving the goals around.

Just some of my thoughts on the matter.
