Well being a public company I doubt that it is true. Remember they are considered employees and not owners.

It is quite possible and one or more may be working for the time being receiving shares of stock versus a salary but others need to be paid. Usually if anyone is being paid via shares and not salaries the compnay makes it known and I beleive in their financials need to declare this.
