OTHM and Pat Hundley are tied at the hip at this juncture. There will be no merger with anything. OTHM has zero value and is a complete scam company.

And yeah, they raised the A/S to 2B right after they received notice from the BCSC regarding the enforcement hearings, in which they were found guilty of all charges. That, and hired the gagged transfer agent to bury the dirty details of the stock structure.
