I am posting Chris response to my email maybe we can add on the sticky to clear again what he has said million times for all doubter out there.

Richard,
I was just referring to issuances that took place long before we took over. There were issuances, and if you look into the Edgar filings you’ll see that there was actually far more than the 200 Million I spoke about. These are all from years ago, so whether they are relevant as pertaining to our current trading, or not is a mystery to us. They may have been deposited and sold years ago, or they may be on the shelf. Once they are put into a "firm name” they disappear from our records as certificates and we don’t know what happened back then. PMRS (or ANAS as of tomorrow) has a sizable float so there could be several certs floating around out there or there could be none. At this point we don’t know, but we do know that we had no hand in issuing any of them and if they exist, as they are sold and change hands, we will never have that problem again. Manny does not like issuing shares or reverse splits, and that’s why we didn’t do it out of the gate. It would not have been good for existing shareholders or for those who bought it based on the Nevada filing being updated. However the downside of that is that there are a lot of people out there owning stock at .0001 that would happily sell at .005 or .006 . All we can do from a technical standpoint is wait it out until all the stray shares are in long term investor hands. But, anyway, as part of the merger agreement there were no shares issued except a single share of preferred Series A with super voting rights issued to Manny in order for him to take control of the company.

I hope that clarifies some of your concerns, and I think once we start announcing our progress, the low prices we are at will be just a memory for you all. I hope so anyway.
Have a great day.
Thank You,
Christopher Graybosch
