Understand your strategy but we have been in a down trend for 3-4 weeks & to sell now to rebuy seems kinda late...especially if you've held since last year & your anniversary is just around the corner.
Getting an extra 20-30% more shares barely covers the short term tax rate while having to wait another year for LTCG.
