I did read JJ's post and it was a good reminder of the Nokia agreement.
I don't think TYCO is paying 100M, but if VRNG did get 100M out of the Nokia patents, that would be 22M and 27M to VRNG per the agreement and 51M to Nokia.
In your example, VRNG would actually get $22mm + $50.7mm, which totals $72.7 million. And Nokia would receive $27.3 million.
The 65% / 35% split is 65% to VRNG and the lower amount of 35% goes to NOK.
