I've been following the charts, and listening to SOOOO many others saying look at the charts. This is not a chart play. If so, we would be at .02. There is another catalyst that is negating all chart metrics. What that is, I wish I knew. This has been primed for a move up since the 40% drop. This is well beyond any chart analysis.
