Dilution means nothing with volume and revenue. I have watched my other penny stock go from 1/2 penny to .09 starting at 200mill outstanding and are now at 800 mill 2 years later!! And they have 0 revenue but a pipeline possible. They also raised the authorized from 250 mill to 1 bill. Dilution is not a concern
