...and I almost put gov, regulatory agencies, bureaus, etc (but I got lazy writing...just meant all entities that are responsible for making others follow their stupid little rules


...and my feeling is that any LARGE entity attempting to have its minions follow something need to give it ample time...usually favoring too much time (obamacare, SS benefits, glass steagal, etc, etc, etc)


...and my point was as it is written...the implementation time frame is STATED...July 31st 2014 - July 30th 2015 for companies with FYE March 31st 2014 - March 30th 2015 respectively

...our FYE in that time frame is Dec 31st 2014...the one that passed already doesn't count...we will see if I am right tomorrow

...your thoughts on last point
