NO BODY HAS ANY IDEA WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT so stop talking, the stock goes up a point your all screaming bounce "Chris is the man" blah blah blah. Its complete BS there is a selling out there holding 500 million plus shares thats been screwed somehow by management and is Freaking pissed off. Its not Dilution its an angry individual creating more angry individuals. If this is red the rest of this week UTRM will have to pull the plug and take a wash. So many of us have lost 10s of thousands of dollars and won't recover from this. Stop trying to act like you know whats going on BECAUSE NOBODY DOES. Everything you read here is a pile of crap. You all made a bad investment as did I. Deal with it, rather then bitch like a baby walk away for a few weeks then take another look...no point in selling as most of us got in around .01 and craping all over the boards is only causing more selling.
