When it comes to this ticker you might just want to pay attention to his statements. Last year David R/S'd this 500 to 1. Right after he increased the AS by billions. The float was 1.5 million as of March 2013. What is the float now? I'll tell you...644 million. That's a lot of shares to be dumped and it would appear that they are not done. Not bashing, just be careful here.
