If they were going to dilute, they would have shot for much higher than 200 Mill A/S

O/S right now would be ~ 157 Mill

Looks to Me, they want a Lean Machine from the Get Go

They want to come out with good numbers, low SS, allow the PPs to go to the $1 plus level and move up from there, I bet to the NDQ
