What Kav is stating was not said publicly, i.e., in front of the entire group. It sounds as if he gleaned the information from two separate conversations; one with Solomon after the meeting and one with a long-time shareholder.
I can't offer an opinion as to whether he's right or wrong because it's above my pay grade.
What I do know is that Solomon stated the contracts are arm's length (which Kav also stated).
If your girlfriend hasn't left you yet it either means she loves you or you have a big pee pee.
