"If a company is already on the OB before the rule by otcmarkets.com (not the sec) my understanding is they will not have to comply until 120 days after the next eoy".

I haven't verfied if it's true but if so it's probably why they got current and uplisted in such a hurry. It buys them some time to get the pps up.
