Because they haven't bought any shares yet! Just because they say they may buy 100,000,000 shares back doesn't mean the float shrinks that day! The shares have to be bought! The float isn't locked IMO! The problem is the volume! Were at 1.9 million shares today with 45
Minutes left till market closed! That is actually very sad especially with news like we have had! Just sad
