I don't know if they will lose the listing yet, on another board a fellow hubber called the sec or was it the OTC anyway, apparently the company or pos has 120 days after their year end to come into compliance.

Now, not being the one who called I cannot say if this is legit or not although the poster has come across as ethical. But we will know shortly I guess, unless anyone else has something to add.
